The East Midlands Servisair Lounge is ideal for families and business passengers looking for a quiet area to relax or catch up on some work before their flight.
The lounge is divided in to three separate zones. There is a quiet area for reading, an area for televisions and flight information screens and a separate space equipped with business facilities such as faxes and computers.
Times -
The Servisair lounge at East Midlands Airport is open from 05:00 to 20:00. Passengers can make use of the lounges facilities for a maximum of three hours.
Facilities
The lounge offers a selection of complimentary drinks and snacks in a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. As well as televisions and flight information screens, newspapers and magazines are all available.
Alcoholic and soft drinks are provided free of charge, while champagne is available at an additional cost.
Disabled persons -
The Servisair Lounge is fully accessible to disabled passengers with a wheelchair-friendly lift providing access to the upper level.
Business -
The lounge has a dedicated business area where passengers can use the fax and Internet services available.
Directions -
The lounge is conveniently located within the terminal building. After passing through security head to the upper level and follow the signs to the executive Lounge.
Restrictions and rules
This lounge permits the entry of children over the age of eight, providing they are accompanied by an adult at all times. All visitors are expected to observe a reasonable standard of behaviour for the duration of their stay.
This lounge is non-smoking only.
Passengers are required to keep all luggage with them throughout their stay as unattended bags will be removed for security reasons.
