Times -
The lounge opens every day at 06:00 and closes at 21:30. Patrons may check in to the lounge and make use of its services for up to three hours.
Facilities -
The lounge offers spacious seating for up to 50 guests, with cable TV, flight information screens, newspapers and magazines as well as clean bathroom facilities.
Complimentary snacks and drinks are provided including tea, coffee and alcoholic beverages. Champagne is also available at an additional charge.
Disabled persons -
The lounge has been designed with ease of access for disabled persons in mind making it easily accessible to wheelchair users; however, there are no modified toilet facilities at the lounge.
Business -
Business visitors can remain productive with the use of credit card fax machines and telephones.
Directions -
The Servisair Lounge is conveniently located airside in the Main Terminal. As you go through security, you immediately turn left, then turn left again and go through the double doors. The lounge is situated on your right hand side.
Restrictions and rules -
Passengers departing from Terminal 2 cannot access the lounge, which is only available to passengers departing from Terminal 1. It is also not available to those travelling with British Airways. The lounge will only admit children over the age of 12, who are charged the full adult rate. Staff observe strict rules of behaviour and the right to refuse admission. A dress code applies, which excludes those wearing baseball caps, shorts or football shirts. Smoking is not permitted at this facility. Any luggage that is found to be unattended in the lounge will be promptly removed by security.
